I was holding my precious bundle of joy that entered this world eight weeks previously, thinking to myself that my family was now complete. Travis Samuel Oliver was born a handsome, healthy boy and I knew from the beginning that he would grow up and live a happy life.
What I didn’t know 26 years ago today was that our family would be celebrating the 26th birthday of his beautiful, loving, witty wife, Jessica Oliver. Everyone that knows me knows how much I love Jessica. I often laugh out loud (yes, with myself) just thinking about silly things she’s said or done. Her smile is contagious and her love for my son just melts my heart. I am so happy she picked me to be her mother in law.
Happy Birthday, Jessica. Just sit back and relax and let this be the best birthday yet.
